Our Story
HerPath Occupational Therapy & Wellness was created from a simple belief: women deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported in their health journey.
As a pelvic health occupational therapist, I work with women across the lifespan and across a wide range of pelvic health concerns—from bladder and bowel dysfunction to pregnancy and postpartum recovery, sexual health, and persistent pelvic pain. While I see all pelvic health conditions, my specialty and passion lie in complex pelvic pain and fertility, particularly when symptoms have been difficult to understand, difficult to treat, or have been dismissed along the way.
I believe pelvic health is about so much more than the pelvic floor. Pain, hormones, nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, daily routines, and the demands of life can all influence how we feel and function. My approach is rooted in looking at the whole person rather than treating a single symptom in isolation.
HerPath was born out of a desire to create a different kind of healthcare experience: one that is collaborative, compassionate, evidence-informed, and centered around you.
Your body has a story. Your symptoms have a story. And you deserve a provider who takes the time to listen.

Now Introducing Small Group Pelvic Health Sessions!
Starting in August, move, strengthen, and build confidence in a supportive small-group setting. These 45-minute sessions are designed for individuals looking to improve pelvic health through guided movement, breathing, mobility, and strength exercises.
Each class incorporates general exercises with a pelvic health focus to support core function, pelvic floor coordination, posture, and functional movement. Sessions are appropriate for a variety of experience levels and emphasize education, body awareness, and safe progression.
To ensure individualized guidance, each class is limited to 3 participants.
