Refund Policy

HerPath OT and Wellness strives to provide exceptional care and services. Payments for virtual consultations, workshops, or programs are non-refundable once the session has been completed. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost. No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds. For events and workshops, refund requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date.
