Herpath Occupational is pleased to offer a fit check as part of our babywearing consultation services. Let us ensure the proper fit of your new carrier to support your well-being and comfort. This service is for those who would like quick advice on adjusting a fit. 1 virtual fit check visit is included with every full babywearing consultation.
Cancellation Policy
At HerPath Occupational Therapy and Wellness, we value your time and are committed to providing consistent, high-quality care. To ensure the best outcomes for all clients, we ask that you make every effort to attend your scheduled appointments. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice will be eligible for a refund or may be rescheduled without penalty. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled without a new booking. Late Arrivals: Sessions may be shortened if you arrive late, to respect the next scheduled client. Ongoing Attendance: More than two missed visits (late cancellations or no-shows) may result in discontinuation of services. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a reliable and supportive schedule for all clients.
